Sales Contract

A sales contract is formed when the customer completes the order process and receives an order confirmation email from us.

After an order has been placed, cancellations or changes to the order are generally not accepted.

Delivery of Products

We will ship products to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery of the product is deemed to be completed when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping is available only to countries and regions designated by us.

Returns and Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or if you receive a wrong item, and only if you contact us through our designated method within 7 days of delivery.

If a replacement item cannot be provided, we may issue a refund for the product price and applicable shipping fee for the relevant order.

For defective or wrong items, return shipping and reshipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

Refunds will be processed through the payment method designated by us.

Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer when we hand over the product to the shipping carrier.
