Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or if you receive an item that is different from your order.

If this applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.

If the same item is available, we will arrange an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Returns or exchanges for customer reasons, including size issues, change of mind, or differences in image
・Items without tags
・Items reported more than 3 days after delivery
・Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Items with odors, stains, damage, or signs of use after delivery

Please also note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
