Delivery Time [Standard]

Shipping is processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number by email.
Please note that as some of our production and shipping operations are based in Asia, delivery may be delayed due to international circumstances, local conditions, or customs procedures. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or if you receive an item that is different from your order.
If this applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
If the same item is available, we will arrange an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Items without tags
・Items reported more than 3 days after delivery
・Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Items with odors, stains, damage, or signs of use after delivery
